The Library War

If you ask Mya, life is pretty great right now. She’s in her last semester of grad school in Atlanta and on the precipice of everything she’s ever wanted: her Master’s degree, financial freedom, and a little security that her deadbeat parents never gave her. All that stands between her and her future is finishing her thesis, which she works on every day from the comfort of her perfect private study room in the college library.

Milo is a film student working on his final project before he can put Georgia behind him and never see this godforsaken state again. Unfortunately for Milo, his neighbors are loud and obnoxious and totally not conducive for the quiet he needs to spend hours hunched over Premiere Pro every day. On a tight deadline and looking to eliminate distractions, Milo books a study room at the library.

Mya’s study room…which she learns can now be double occupied by a tall, dark, and annoyingly hot filmmaker who lives to grate on her nerves.

This new little brown-eyed distraction may be nothing—and everything—Milo needed.
